Where are your fulfillment centers located?

We have two strategically located warehouses in Salt Lake City, UT and Louisville, KY.

Do you handle Amazon FBA and FBM?

Both Fulfillment By Amazon (FBA) and Fulfillment By Merchant (FBM) orders are handled by us every day.

Most clients connect their FBM merchant to Falcon’s portal directly, from there we process orders daily and update tracking numbers as they ship.

When is your order cut off?

For direct-to-consumer orders, the cutoff time is 2:00 p.m. local time, seven days a week.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! International shipping accounts for about 35% of all orders we fulfill.

Can I see my orders and inventory?

You can use any browser to access our web-based portal, which is easily navigable like a website and allows you to monitor your orders and inventory LIVE 24/7. You can see everything as it happens and in as much detail as you want.

 

How many clients have you onboarded?

We have onboarded hundreds of clients. You’ll have an onboarding team to assist you with everything from moving inventory to connecting to systems and selecting shipping methods.

 

What is the fastest you’ve ever onboarded a customer?

4 days, but we don’t like to brag. 😉

 

How can we transition from our current facility while continuing to ship?

We can help you in strategizing the transition to Falcon so that no days or orders are lost. We’ve done it many times and can help you minimize the impact on your customers. In fact, most customers don’t even notice a change, except for the better.
